01 — Coaching
Everyone has the capacity to grow.
You set the goal of the coaching; we support the process. Sector-independent, focused on the present and the future.

One-to-one
A coaching programme is, in principle, undertaken individually.
Present and future
We look at where you are now and where you want to go — not at the past.
NOBCO code of conduct
Bound by the ethical code of conduct for professional coaches.
Our view
Every person is unique, with both the desire and the capacity to develop.
That means we look at each individual with curiosity. We work with what we observe, and reflect it back to you.
You set the goal of the coaching; we support the process.

Our starting point
You cannot change the direction of the wind, only the way you set the sails.
What the conversation is about
Questions that deserve a worthwhile answer.
- How do you see yourself?
- What would you like to achieve?
- What genuinely excites you?
- What opportunities and obstacles do you see in reaching the results you want?
- What brings you joy, in your life or in your work?
- Which steps will you take, in what way, and when?
- What do you experience as sticking points in how you function?
In conversation we challenge you to look inside yourself and to take the right steps at the right moment. You decide what the programme is about.

The programme
How it works
Your aspiration as the starting point
The coaching programme starts from what you want. We look at the present and the future — not at the past.
A one-to-one programme
A coaching programme is, in principle, undertaken individually, tuned to your situation and your pace.
A reflection note after every session
From the first session onwards you write a short reflection: what was central, what you became aware of, and what you would like to raise next time.
You take the lead
You take the initiative and the responsibility for the actions you have agreed to put in place.
Good to know
The framework we work within, and where the limits of our profession lie.
What coaching is — and is not
We know the difference between therapy, counselling, consulting, supervision and coaching — and it is the last of these that we practise. We know the limits of our profession and take our responsibility within them.
Who is it for?
The coaching is sector-independent and works from a model in which the present and the future are central. Here too: you cannot change the direction of the wind, only the way you set the sails.
Ethical code of conduct
We are bound by the ethical code of conduct for professional coaches of the NOBCO, the Dutch professional body for coaching.
What clients say
“It was valuable to experience the coaching conversation as support at my back, which made me strong enough to tackle my problem again.”
